Gloscon engages Reputa India for Staffing and Background Check Services

Effective January 1 2012, it is Gloscon procedure to conduct pre-employment background checks on all employment finalists to determine or verify background information, including criminal history, references from previous employment, qualifications, and, when applicable, driving history. Employment offers are contingent upon receiving a satisfactory report.

Gloscon has engaged Reputa India - http://www.reputa.in for its staffing and background check needs. Employment contracts are amended to get consent from new hires for background check and report any non-professional behaviour on blacklisting sites.

Employees also are to sign a tight non-compete and IP waiver clauses and also have hand-written letter to be written by employee on last day declaring no access to company data, passwords and will not reach out to current or potential customers.

Given the number of fake and forged resumes are all time high, Gloscon is taking serious steps to ensure that only strong ethical people get inducted in the company.
